Lead time

Our products are produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis.

Lead times depend on:

• product type and complexity
• desired finish (such as colour, coating, fire-retardant treatment)
• order quantity (for example 2 versus 40 panels)
• available moulds and production planning

Indication:

• Small runs: approximately 2 to 4 weeks
• Larger runs or custom work: approximately 4 to 8 weeks
• The exact lead time is always confirmed in the order confirmation

We are continuously building an internal database of moulds, which will allow lead times to be shortened in the future for repeat orders.

Shipping and shipping costs

Shipping is tailored to each order and calculated individually.

Factors that influence shipping costs:

• panel dimensions
• number of panels
• weight and packaging
• transport method (pallet, specialist transport, etc.)
• delivery location

Important:

• Shipping costs are not included in our standard product prices
• They are calculated separately and detailed in the quotation or order confirmation
• Delivery is carried out by professional transport providers to prevent damage in transit
