Warranty & Returns

All our products are made to order and fully bespoke. Each panel is produced specifically to the customer’s requirements (colour, dimensions, type and finish). For this reason, returns are generally not possible.

Exceptions apply only when:

  • the product has been delivered with demonstrable damage
  • the product does not match the confirmed order

In such cases, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and a clear description of the issue. We will assess the situation and propose a suitable solution.

Warranty and complaints

We stand behind the quality of our products and production processes.

Warranty terms:

  • The warranty is specified per order and confirmed in the order confirmation
  • The warranty covers structural and manufacturing defects
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse or incorrect installation are not covered

Complaints procedure:

  • Complaints should be reported within a reasonable period after they are noticed
  • Send us a clear description along with photographs
  • We will respond within 2 to 5 working days with an assessment and a solution
